An influencer marketing platform connects brands with content creators. Brands rely on creators to promote their products and services, while creators look for ways to monetize their content.
For this MVP, after discussing with the team, I designed a website-like flow using Google Sheets to move fast despite front-end limits. The prototype looked and behaved like a real product, so we could test the idea with real users and collect feedback before investing in build.

MVP & Validations
At first, the MVP was planned to be built in website. But after discussing with the team and realizing we didn’t have front-end resources to support the build, we decided to shift the approach. Since all creator and brand data already lived in Google Sheets, we created a functional, website-like prototype directly in Sheets instead. Tabs acted as pages, filters and sorts mimicked the selection UI, formulas powered budget , forecast math, and simple charts showed results. This allowed us to move faster, validate the idea with real users, and simulate the actual experience without development effort.
